I got up this morning and installed the suggested extra mods, such as Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul and a couple others and redid the bashed patch. So i spent about 8 hours yesterday modding my game using WryeBash, did a bashed patch, and it seemed to work at first, i made it all the way out of the opening dungeon and into the imperial city before quitting for the night and leaving it there.
